    3. Customer Responsibilities

    3.1 Accurate Information

    You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your custom orders, including designs, logos, and any specifications that are crucial for the production process. BlessClothing is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

    3.2 Intellectual Property

    You confirm that you hold the necessary rights or permissions for any logos, designs, or trademarks provided to us for the purpose of customization. You agree that BlessClothing will not be liable for any copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from the use of your designs.

    4. Pricing and Payments

    4.1 Pricing

    The prices for our services are determined based on various factors, including the complexity of the design, the materials used, the quantity of the order, and shipping costs. All prices are quoted in the local currency (as agreed upon) and may be subject to change based on market conditions. Any additional fees, including but not limited to design revisions, expedited shipping, or special requests, will be communicated in advance.

    4.2 Payment Terms

    Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Typically, a deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.     5.2 Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size of the order. Shipping fees will be included in the final invoice, and BlessClothing may assist with arranging competitive shipping options.

    5.3 Risk of Loss

    The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier. You are advised to inspect the goods upon arrival and report any damages or discrepancies within 7 days.
